General Return & Refund Policy

Because our products are consumables, all returns and refunds are evaluated case by case. You have 5 days from the date of delivery to contact us about any issues.

Please note:

• We do not cover return shipping.

• Refunds, replacements, or store credit are issued at our discretion.

 

EU Customers — 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is shipped into the European Union, you are entitled to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days, for any reason.

To be eligible:

• The product must be in its original condition as received

• Items should be returned in original packaging

• Proof of purchase (receipt or confirmation email) is required

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund in accordance with local regulations.
